We accept orders from all countries except USA, Iran, Afganisthan, Russia, Nigeria, Syria, Iraq including all sanctioned countries Residents around the world.

Do I need to have a bank account with same bank for Cash Deposit to your bank account ?

No, it is not necessary for you to have a bank account with our bank. We do not deal with any fiat currency.

Do I need to submit my proof of identity to perform buy/sell e-currencies ?

It is decided case to case basis, we may ask customer to submit the Photo ID proof, Utility Bill and the bank statement copy to us for such exchange operations.

Which E-currencies your company allow to trade ?

We allow trades in STEEM, TRON, USDT, PUSS, SOL, USDC, XRP, BNB & BTC.

Do you purchase or exchange paypal, skrill or neteller ?

No, we don't. PayPal, MoneyBookers & Neteller forbid exchanges with their currency. It's against their TOS to exchange PayPal, Skrill & Neteller.

What is the Process for E-Currencies Purchase ?

Not Possible. Currently we are only buying PUSS for STEEM/USDT/TRX/USDC/SOL/XRP/BNB/BTC.

What is the Process PUSS Sale/exchange ?

There are few simple steps that you have to follow -
1. Place a Sell order at the site.
2. Sytem will automatically create an invoice for you & ask you to pay this.
3. After the payment is made by you, system will automatically mark the trade as "PAID".
4. We will verify your payment and send payment to your account as per details given in the Order Form.
5. Payments are made same day of receiving the PUSS, mostly it is paid with in hours of receiving PUSS.

Is the rates given at the site are latest ?

Yes we try our best, we update our site rates few times a day based on data provided by Coinmarketcap. Every order is replied manually with final quote.

How Long it takes to complete the order ?

Most of the orders are Processed in 1-24 Business hours (One Business day has 12-14 business hours only), If you need the urgent processing then you should opt for Express Order.

What is Express Order ?

Express Orders are processed same day with in few business hours of receiving the payments but you have to pay Extra Fee of 1.0% & USDT 5 (Two) which ever is heigher.

My order has taken more than 72 hours to process. What's happening ?

This is unusual, but don't worry, just submit a ticket using our Support form and you will receive a reply within 24 hours.

What payment mode are available for selling PUSS to Puss2Bux ?

We accept only payments via PUSS crypto token on TRON Blockchain.

I am a repeat customer, Can I deposit to your PUSS address direct used in previous order ?

Strictly NOT Allowed. We allocate PUSS deposit address for every order automatically, If you depsoit to our PUSS address without asking us you will be refunded the amount.

What is the minimum amount I can Trade with you ?

It depends on PUSS price, Minimum we trade for any e-currency is 5000 PUSS.

Are you going to add more payment processors in the future ?

For now, we are starting with the three most popular e-currencies. We do have plans on adding more in the future as the need arises.

Do you offer refunds in case we made a mistake ?

Refunds can only be issued if we have control over the funds you have sent to us. If you provide wrong e-currency address and if we processed the exchange order then it's impossible for us to issue a refund. Every refund attracts refund fees.

I made a mistake in my e-currency account number, what can I do ?

If your transaction is not yet fulfilled then we can correct it for you. An investigation might be required to check the validity of your claim, thus delaying the fulfillment of your exchange request. If the transaction has been fulfilled then you will need to contact the e-currency provider directly as there is nothing we can do about this from our side. You have been notified while making your order that e-currency payments are irreversible and that we are unable to recover the funds in such cases.
